Ashtyn Barbaree To Release New Full Length Album
Fayetteville’s Singer/Songwriter Ashtyn Barbaree is set to release her new record, Better Luck Next Time at a free, upcoming release show on May 28th at the Fayetteville Public Library, and to digital platforms on June 3rd, 2022 before her show at Geyser By The Sea (Copenhagen, Denmark). Ashtyn is a multi-instrumentalist and the Arkansas State Music Ambassador who has performed across the United States, Canada, Denmark, Sweden, The Netherlands and Germany.
This gritty americana full length album was recorded at The Studio Nashville w/ respected musicians including Chris Scruggs (of Sierra Ferrell, Loretta Lynn, Kacey Musgraves, Amanda Shires), Jeffrey Clemens (of G. Love & Special Sauce, The Arcs, Dan Auerbach) and Tommy Hannum (of Steve Earle, Wynonna Judd).
She creates a unique acoustic sound with a smokey yet silky voice, accompanied with pedal steel, tenor ukulele, piano, baritone, upright bass, guitars, drums and harmonies. Blending elements of folk, americana and indie rock, Ashtyn Barbaree sings about many relatable themes.
