The inaugural SOAR NWA event on Aug 24th at Drake Field will offer something for everyone, including a variety of hot air balloon activities (weather permitting), kids play area, beer garden, live music and various aeronautics activities.
Admission to the event is $10 for adults and $5 for ages 10 & Under, Military and Seniors 65 +. Parking is limited and will be located a mile from the airport with shuttle transportation available during select times.

- 9 AM – 9:30 AM – PACIFIC ISLAND DANCERS
- 10 AM – 10:30 AM – MAGICIAN/ HYPNOTIST
- 11 AM – 11:30 AM – NWA SWING SOCIETY
- 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM – TATER, MATER & SQUARSH
- 2 PM – 3 PM – TAKE COVER
- 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM – TBD
- 5 PM – 6 PM – PIN UP CONTEST – *Details Released Soon
- 6:30 PM – GOVERNOR ASA HUTCHINSON
- 6:45 PM – 7:45 PM – JENNA & THE SOUL SHAKERS
- 8 PM – 8:30 PM – BALLOON GLOW/ MAYOR JORDAN
- 9 PM – 10:30 PM – RANDALL SHREVE & THE DEVILLES
SCHEDULE IS TENTATIVE AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE. PLEASE NOTE: ALL HOT AIR BALLOON ACTIVITIES ARE WEATHER PERMITTING. EVEN IN PERFECT WEATHER CONDITIONS, BALLOONS CAN ONLY FLY BEFORE 10 AM AND AFTER 6PM.
