NW Arkansas Radio Station KFMD Classic Hit’s 101.5 has announced that changes are coming on Monday, June 29th and they are very exited.
General Manager Dan Storrs says “We have been in this market for two years and it’s time we give ourselves a name. Any other station in the market has a name or nick name and we go by our genre.”
Effective Monday morning, June 29th a fresher sounding station will rise with the Sun as Morning Drive Jock, Donny McGuire kicks off the change at 6am with the station’s new name and jingles.
“We will be keeping the music the same, but adding even more songs into our library. Our great jocks will still continue to do their programs as they have in the past and continue our Live and Local Weather and Traffic reports starting at 6:30am” Says Storrs.
Further hint requests as to what the name will be was not answered. “You will just have to tune in Monday morning at 6am.” Said Storrs.

- 9a to 3p – Laura K
- 3p to 7p – Miller
- 7p ti Mid – Mike Harvy
