Chicago Police Find Possible Arkansas Body
According to Chicago Police, Police recovered multiple body parts which appeared to be from a small child between 18 months and 4 years old. Detectives are looking into cases of missing children from Arkansas.
Authorities found the body parts in Garfield Park. Police confirmed all body parts appeared to be from the same victim.
CPD said the following about the description of the child:
“At this time, based on several factors, we believe the child to most likely have been African American or bi-racial with short, black hair, suggesting male gender-although female cannot be ruled out. “
As of Sunday, CPD confirmed with Channel 7 News that no additional remains of the toddler were found. Detectives are following up on all leads regarding documented missing person cases. CPD is working with the FBI and National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Searcy Police told Channel 7 News they have been in contact with CP.
