The long awaited MJ Pizzeria in Springdale is Chef Miles James’ (James at the Mill) new concept of chef-inspired fast casual dining, featuring an amazing wood-fired oven that uses local hickory and oak, cured to a specific dryness — allowing a maximum top-and-bottom heat exchange.
Chef Miles and his team have developed a unique dough that is hand tossed and kneaded into a thin crust pie — using fresh local ingredients and his signature MJ’s Red Sauce, fresh Fior di Latte mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
MJ Pizzeria cooks pizzas in our unique wood-fired pizza oven at temperatures of 660-670 degrees, cooking these neapolitan-styled pies in 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. In addition to pizza, Chef Miles and his team have created some amazing salads, appetizers, homemade pastas and desserts. MJ Pizzeria features an extensive, world class wine list, and has developed signature craft drink specialties.
