Originally a park next to Bill Neumeier’s first restaurant, Coney Island, 817 Garrison Avenue began its legacy as a beer garden in the Summer of 1994.

May 2019 began a new era for the legendary 817 Garrison Avenue property. Music industry veteran, Brian Crowne, Fort Smith residents, Trent Goins and Steve Clark along with Sarah Sparks-Diebold united to expand entertainment on historic Garrison Avenue and continue the resurgence of downtown Fort Smith.
