3 Day FORMAT Festival Comes To Bentonville
FORMAT is a multidisciplinary experience unifying over eighty live music acts with two dozen visual, performance, and institutional artists from around the world. Set on 250 acres of a natural landing strip surrounded by a forested ravine, it is just five minutes from downtown Bentonville, AR. The festival aims to encourage discovery, spark curiosity, and build community.
Event Date: September 23rd thru the 25th
Two traditional stages will anchor the festival alongside a series of unconventional settings, designed in collaboration with some of the most exciting visual artists and architects working today.
The festival offers an exclusive and intimate camping experience, from furnished bell tents to lower-tiered ready-made tent packages. Whilst onsite lodging is limited, the area boasts a wide range of cozy bed & breakfasts, local hotels and charming Airbnbs, serviced with easily accessible festival shuttles to and from neighboring town squares.
Community engagement is at the heart of FORMAT festival and has been thrilled to be official partners of Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and the Momentary, in which they will be announcing a variety of off-site programming and cultural recommendations – in the form of workshops, talks, curatorial tours and more.
